Took 20 min to make my order with five people standing around doing nothing. Service was really slow. Looked like no one there wanted to work or know what they where doing. Very unhappy with product. Have been to many TJ and have had good food. But not at the Onamia establishment. Food was bad when got home to eat it I threw in in the trash. Never will I eat here ever again.
The customer service is terrible... Absolutely rude!!
After 20 min on their order timer and I still didn't get my 5 med potato ole and 1 taco. Didn't know it was that hard to scoop them up and put them in a cup. I guess the order placed 3 min after mine was more important. Shouldn't complain too much it only took her 2 min to refund my order.
The wait is ridiculous if you go in and takes forever to get your order. I've never tried the drive-thru but it's at least a 20-minute wait if you order more than a drink. Food is tolerable but you got to have at least 40 minutes of time to go there.
Wish I would’ve checked the reviews before going here. Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through for food. Three workers moving real slow.
