They don't care about you ~ was given three prescriptions dated to be (they're minds) for a total of 90 days 21st Sept, 21st Oct and 21st Nov um hello October has 31 days so it should be the 20th Nov and that's on a Sunday, our pharmacy is not open on Sundays only until noon on Saturday. In other words the last prescription should have been dated the Fri 18th Nov. I called Wednesday, no call back, called 9:00 Fri 18th talked to a nurse she said it made sense she would call me back, I didn't hear from her by 3:00 so I called the clinic and found out that they closed at 10:00 because of the weather ~ wow! Called the drug store, no prescription.
My son received stitches there for a cut on his hand. his arm was covered in blood. When the nurse came in with the discharge papers, i asked if they were going to clean him up. the nurse said, "yes, the bathroom is right over there." I was stunned. Sadly we were made to feel that we were inconveniencing the medical staff.
I have been very happy with the care my child and I received on every visit.
Many thanks to this excellent facility and its kind staff. While on vacation at Mille Lacs Lake I had a fall and injured my leg. I could barely walk and was in great pain. I somehow limped to my car and to the clinic. The staff came to my car with a wheelchair, treated me like royalty, determined that this was likely the result of a badly sprained leg muscle. The clinic is fully staffed and fully equipped. The ER resident gave me a diagnosis and steroid shot to reduce the swelling. Now, four hours later I am in much reduced pain and can walk. I realize this treatment was palliative, but I really feel these folks saved me a lot of worry and pain. This is the best facility for miles, and I would gladly come again if I were ever in need.
I've been a patient with Mille Lacs Clinics since 2001, my care had been personal, professional, thorough and respectful. Unfortunately my doctor retired and I've had to find a new one ~ there isn't. After seeing several different Dr's the one who claimed she would be able to continue my health care has changed the whole plan even to prescribe me medication I'm allergic to. She took me off medication I had been on for 10+ years and was working fine for me only to put me on somthing that upsets my stomach.
The ED and urgent care are amazing along with a great surgery center and awesome family practice. A great place to get all of your health care needs
Sooo, maybe for a emergency if you don't have a choice.
