I am from Savage area an my truck broke down in Garrison. I googled repairs and OSC came up. They came right up and towed my truck in. I waited a bit as they had others in front of me which is to be expected. When it was my turn they got me in and on the road again in a short period of time. I thought the service and tow were very fair priced and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a problem in that area. I wish I lived closer so I could bring all my vehicle there for repair.
The best tow experience I've ever had very professional and polite and will go out of their way to help you. They accepted a 300 mile tow when nobody else would. Superior service
We can not being to Thank the OSC enough. On 11/07/2017 our truck broke down approximately 10 miles north of Onamia on Hwy 169. (do to someone else's repairs) Within 30 mins. we were greeted by a gentle giant (Dan) and safely off the road. Once we arrived at the repair shop, we learnt that the parts would have to be ordered and wouldn't arrive any longer that day. "Oh No, what are we going to do?" That is when the owner, Todd, stepped in and made us a reservation at Eddy's Resort and had a vehicle and driver ready to take us to the hotel. Well, how are we going to get back to the repair shop, "No Worries," Smiley Dan from OSC picked us up. Back at the shop we were greeted by, Roger. You know it's not a good sign when they say, "do you want the good news or bad news? To make my long story short.....The additional parts were found and we were back on the road. We can not begin to express the gratitude we have for Todd, Roger, Dan and staff. They're professionalism and outstanding customer service had gone beyond any repair shop that we have experienced.
Last year was rough with lots of driving demands on my OLD Buick due to a family illness. The team at Onamia Auto Center repaired my car at a very reasonable price while being very kind and supportive to me during a very stressful time. My Buick is still running well. I highly recommend this shop: they will take good care of you.
